What are mini shin guards?

Due to their smaller size, they are particularly suitable for players who prefer maximum flexibility and comfort without sacrificing protection.

Grip socks for footballers are specialized socks designed for better grip and stability on the football field. Order Process

Can I cancel or change my order?

Cancellation or modification of the order is only possible if it has not yet been processed. Please contact us as soon as possible to do so.

How do I get a confirmation of my order?

You will receive your order confirmation at the email address provided during the order process.

How can I check the status of my order?

The status of your order is divided into two phases: order confirmation and order processing. Afterwards, the order will be handed over to DHL. You will receive an email for each phase of the order.

How long does it take to process an order?

The processing time for your order depends on its content. For orders with personalized items, we reserve a processing time of 2 days, but it usually only takes one day. The processing time for orders with non-personalized items is a maximum of 1 day.

Shipping and Delivery

What shipping options are available?

Shipping options include DHL small parcel and express shipping. Additionally, please note that deliveries to a packing station are not possible.

How long does delivery take?

The average delivery time is 2 business days.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to Germany and Austria.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs for standard delivery are €3.95 (free shipping for orders over €50). Shipping costs for express delivery are €7.95.

My delivery hasn't arrived, what should I do?

There can be various reasons for this. For example, it is possible that the delivery was handed over to DHL but was lost during the delivery process. In this case, you will receive a free replacement delivery from us.

Returns and Refunds

How can I return a product?

You can withdraw from your contract by sending us an email, mailing the sample withdrawal form, or informing us by phone.

What is the return period?

The statutory cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party authorized by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods (or the last item of your order in case of multiple partial deliveries).

Who pays the shipping costs for a return?

As the buyer, you bear the costs for the return shipment. We kindly ask you to return the item to us with sufficient postage. In the event of a complaint, the statutory warranty periods apply.
